Dear Leadership Friends,
We are so very excited to embark with you on this fundraising journey together. It is with joy and hope that we represent the Leadership Division of the United Way of Harrison and Doddridge Counties for its 2025 Campaign. In that spirit, we often reflect on a familiar quote from Albert Einstein, “Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile.” With a theme of selfless service, we ask for you to continue the mission of the United Way with us, making the 2025 Campaign one that is characterized by renewed commitment and steadfast action.
We recognize the ever-present need for resources in our communities. The United Way of Harrison and Doddridge Counties funds multiple member agencies, all which support, feed, mentor, and educate citizens in and around our communities in a way that allows them to thrive amidst difficult circumstances. This critical need is our call to action.
We recognize that you, the Leadership level donor, facilitate the funds that allow the member agencies of the United Way to reach our community members in the most need for community resources. Without your continued commitment, the work of the United Way would not be as impactful. We ask that you consider ways to strengthen your commitment this year. Leading by example is often a simple way of inspiring change amongst us. We feel that change is often a domino effect. Our hope is that your renewed commitment will allow someone else to become inspired to get involved in the work of the United Way. This inspiring effect of strength in numbers is our hope for the future.
We thank you, the Leadership level donor, for the choice you have made over the years to invest your time and money into your community. All the money raised by the United Way of Harrison and Doddridge Counties goes into member agencies that revitalize and propel our communities forward in a positive direction.
